PROFILE

Yinka, the Managing Director of PAC Trustees Limited, has close to two-decade experience covering, Legal Advisory, Company Secretarial Services and Trusteeship. In his role as Managing Director, Yinka  among other things, articulates a vision of the firm’s purpose and business strategy, lead the firm and its people, help develop and foster a culture consistent with the firm’s values.

 Prior to his current role, Yinka worked with institutions such as Skye Bank Plc, (now Polaris) Intercontinental Bank, Meristem and Apel where he pioneered the Trust Business of some of these Institutions. Yinka has led Trustees transactions and project initiatives across public, corporate and private sectors in Nigeria

 Yinka holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a Fellow of Institute of Pension Funds Managers of Nigeria and member of several professional bodies. He has attended several trainings both locally and internationally and delivered papers on Trusteeship.

Oluwayemisi Arowolo has close to two decades experience covering Legal Practice, Banking and Trusteeship Services.  Prior to joining PanAfrican Trustees Limited, she worked with FCMB Trustees Limited as the Team Lead, Corporate Trust Services, where she led the team that handled Loan Syndication, Debenture and Bonds, Unit Trust Schemes services, Collective Investment Schemes amongst others. Oluwayemisi Arowolo has close to two decades experience covering Legal Practice, Banking and Trusteeship Services.  

Prior to joining PanAfrican Trustees Limited, she worked with
FCMB Trustees Limited as the Team Lead, Corporate Trust Services, where she led the team that handled Loan Syndication, Debenture and Bonds, Unit Trust Schemes services, Collective Investment Schemes amongst others.

She began her legal career with the law firm of Wale Omotosho & Co. as a Counsel in Chambers from where she joined Intercontinental Bank Plc and worked in the Product Development, Private Banking & Wealth Management divisions respectively, as well as the Legal Department of the bank. Upon the take-over of Intercontinental Bank Plc by Access bank, Oluwayemisi worked as a Corporate Counsel and Credit Documentation Officer in Access Bank Plc.

She is a Law graduate of the University of Ado Ekiti and was called to the Nigerian Bar.
