The Trustees prepares a trust Deed (Legal Agreement) for execution detailing the agreed objectives of the Trust.
DIASPORA TRUST
This product targets Nigerians in Diaspora looking to invest and safeguard investments in Nigeria, preventing risks such as mismanagement of funds. PAC Diaspora Trust is a three in one product combining Legal, Trust and Investment Features. PAC Trustees oversees the investments with the aim of ensuring performance and compliance with investor’s instructions.
The investment will be managed by PAC Trustees in partnership with approved Asset Managers.
